PEDAGOGICAL LEADER
We are excited to be offering this new role of pedagogical leader in
our Centre.
The role of the leader will be to initiate and support a culture of
contemporary early years practice and pedagogy in our service; to
contribute to positive outcomes for our children; to work with
children at risk of underachievement; to provide one to one and small
group opportunities to our children to help support their play and
relaxation skills; to develop strong links with families, the early
years team and management, and outside agencies to ensure there is
cohesive support for all children attending our service; to research,
recommend and develop innovative and emerging pedagogical practices;
to support, coach and provide direction and guidance to the team on
curriculum pedagogy and practice; as a member of the team to build and
embed a positive and productive team culture.
